Originally from Birmingham in the UK, Yvonne has spent many years in Andalucía, where she lives with her beloved three-legged dog Buddy, taking advantage of the campo (countryside) around her.

Her professional training and experiences are diverse, having originally trained as a chef in Manchester. This is something she continues with, both on a professional basis here at Camino Recovery and also in her leisure time at home. She has also spent 11 years working in the care industry dealing with vulnerable adults in the UK, before returning to Spain this year.

Outside of Camino Recovery, she loves kayaking and enjoys outdoor pursuits the weather in Andalucía encourages.
