HOLISTIC THERAPIES

Yoga

Ancient form of moving meditation incorporating balance, strength, flexibility and a philosophical approach to living.
With a broad range of approaches, teachings and aims it is a tried and tested system for learning to quiet the mind and strengthen the body. Yoga practice provides a structure and discipline that enables you to relax in awareness and heal.

Massage

Our experts provide many different types of body work, helping release trauma, replenish and restore.
Physical tension can often be a direct result of trauma, anxiety and depression. Massage Therapy not only relaxes the muscles, it improves the immune system, reduces stress and aids alignment and circulation.

Energy Work

Energy Healing is a holistic practice that works to restore the body’s energy flow.

Taekwondo
